Hello Again From Vietnam…… Jamie Here..
It is with great regret that I fill you in on some tragic news…. OK….OK…. its not that tragic (Mom, calm down). Unfortunately though, all of my photos and videos that I have taken thus far on the trip were accidentally erased from my Camera. Yes, its my fault and yes you can call me an idiot. It all happened when I was getting ready to do my next post of my favorite photos that I had captured in the past few weeks. In China we were having a difficult time uploading our photos and it would often take hours and hours to get only 50 or so photos uploaded. Well, I quickly lost my patience with this and decided to mess around with my camera and see if there was a different format and size I could use that would expedite the photo uploading. There was in fact a different approach I could have been taking but in the process of finding it I came across the media card formatting. Long story short, I hit the wrong button in that section and that was that. When you reformat your media card (even by accident) you lose everything. I would say I was in a state of shock for a solid hour…
There were about 10 photos and 1 video that I desperately wanted to share with everyone. Especially the video, which consisted of us dancing on top of the great wall of China to Eagles of Death Metal. It may not sound like much, but trust me, if you saw this video you would have laughed endlessly. It would have had millions of hits on YouTube.
SO, now that you know what has happened…. I leave you with this. It is the only photo I have, HOWEVER, expect many more in the future on a large post like this.

BOO about the photos! I was in Vietnam a couple of years ago. It was a beautiful and interesting country. WE will have to compare notes sometime! Keep Adventuring little cousin! (I’m still sickly jealous!)
